Food: Ramen Nagi

Ramen Nagi would probably serves the best ramen in town. What's the best thing about this talk about Japanese restaurant located at the 5th floor of SM Aura was the personalized note where you can personalize your ramen of choice from the soup richness down to the toppings.

Ramen Nagi offer various options including Priginal King Butao Ramen, Red King Butao Ramen, Black King Butao Ramen and Green King Butao Ramen. The Black Butao King Ramen will be my all time favourite. They also have the best Gyoza. The place is always crowded and you will have to line up buy once you've taken a sip and tasted that ramen, it'll be all worth the wait. It will be a bit pricey but it was definitely worth every peso spent. I promise!

Food: Da Paolo Pizza Bar

Which is your favourite Italian Restaurant for pizza? I know many will have different opinions for it, let's say some will vote for Bella Pizza in Robertson Quay or some would even wonder if they have tried one so far. Well, another discovery of good food I have tried recommended by a good friend to an authentic Italian restaurant located at Chip Bee Gardens near Holland Village MRT.

That is Da Paolo PIZZA BAR. Yes they have thr best pizza, pasta and dessert you have to try. They offer super al fresco dining option perfect for lunch and dinner options. It has a very extensive pizza menu when it comes to Italian style pizza in Singapore. The prices will not be that decent but you will definitely not go wrong for thei pasta and pasta, worth the money you'll pay for.

Food: NOLITA (North of Little Italy)

Have you ever been to NOLITA or ever heard of this New-York inspired resto located in BGC Central? Oh well, it's about time for you to take a bite of their luscious pizzas & burgers by Chef Cuit Kaufman. Expect nothing but the best of American food items on their menu especially their best seller- their authentic New-York style pizzas on its menu. According to OurAwesomePlanet food blog site, it is a follow-up to their successful Borough resto in Podium.

It was my first time to try it here with my college friends for a quick dinners before having some pub crawling around the BGC area. It's the perfect place to grab quick food hunger fix and just hang out with friends in a laid-back ambiance. We spent the rest of our stay laughing out loud, taking photos using monopod & sharing endless life stories while indulging in their food menus from pizza down to their dessert. Worth a try here at Nolita.

Fashion: Plaid Republic

Checkered patterns will never go out of style. I think it should be everyone's basic fashion staple that never go out of trend in any fashion season. I have few checkered shirt & polos that can be paired to any casual or formal OOTD from usual everyday day wear and to any random formal events.

I got this polo shirt on sale  from Aeropostale Philippines at SM Aura. My undershirt was from Nuvali Republ1c WakePark given by a friend making this outfit having that sporty edge look. I paired it with denim shorts from Cotton On and leather sneakers from Coach Singapore.

For the accessories, I wore this two toned sunnies from Zumeiz.com and my ever useful Casio vintage watch with some black leather bracelets from Hong Kong. You may wonder why this look seemed to be quite new to your eyes in terms of my usual style, but that's the point as I'm trying to reinvent my usual fashion look and hope this gave you inspiration not to be afraid in wearing what you think is fashion & style through your creative mind.

Fashion: Hype @ Henderson

And so I'm taking my OOTD shoot to the highest level this time thanks to my forever photographer / travel escapade partner Jizelle who visited Singapore for 2 weeks so we were able to squeeze this long overdue visit to the infamous Henderson Wave Bridge. It was a sunny afternoon when we went to this place and plan to take some LookBook shot as what we usually do few years back since we both started working here in Singapore.

My love for Lookbook website inspired me to have this HYPE shirt purchased from Market Market Store back in Manila Philppines. Some might ask about this but this is a popular website for fashion bloggers wherein you can post fashion looks and other members of the Lookbook community can Hype (LIKE) your post. I just love black & white combo lately, I don't know exactly why but I always end up wearing it instead of my usual colorful OOTD's (maybe I'm getting matured).

I matched this look with my oversized gym bag from SM Dept Store and camouflage sneakers from Vans. Since its a very sunmy day, I wore my FIGHT statement cap from Penshoppe and floral designed sunnies from zumeiz.com And with my shaved head look, it was a total bad-ass / boy next door look. So what can you say about this outfit? Keep reading my blogs for more fashion post inspiration.

Food: SLICE

Have you ever imagined your favourite yema (famous Pinoy dessert) topped over a freshly baked & moist cupcake? Well, here in SLICE located at Bonifacio Global City, it's only one of their few crowds favourite and authentic menu items must-try.

I have been following local food blogs and saw one blog entry of SLICE from www.awesomeplanet.com. When I saw the food items of SLICE, I knew right from there I need to try this food haven in Manila. I tried this restaurant alone on an early Sunday morning during my weekend visit in Manila last month. But because of hangover, I did not have the appetite for an early morning breakfast so instead, I just decided to go straight for dessert which include their very own Chocolate Yema Cake and Citrus Muffin. It was simply delicious having all the flavours, moist and fresh ingredients come all together in a muffin and cupcake.

I also had their freshly made fruit-infused water instead of having my regular coffee. They have wide varieties of wholesome pasta and breakfast food items to taste. They have the friendliest staff and the ambience was simply amazing having a well decorated interior and comfy seats whether you want it inside or outdoor too. SLICE is located at Southeast Block Lower Ground Floor Bonifacio High Street Central Taguig City.

Fashion: n'1

It's been a time chasing week that I was not able to post blog entries for the past few days. Well anyways since I have the time now, will try to edit and update fashion and food blogs to share it with you all.

Recently the Singapore weather calls for umbrellas and sun creams as the humidity was rising. Last month I went to USS again for the 9th time maybe to join a friend visiting from Qatar. I had nothing to wear so I decided to pamper myself for a little shopping. I went around Orchard area and stopped by Bershka to see their items on sale. The moment I saw this white n'1 top, I know this was the right one to buy. I've been recently addicted with the timeless black and white OOTD as I find it easy and comfy to wear on any occassions.

I paired this top with Uniqlo black shorts and wore my Nike SB Stefan Janoski sneakers. I also brought my plaid checkered shirt to break the monotony of my look. For accessories, I had my Casio vintage watch and black leather bracelets from Hongkong. Since its a very sunny and bad hairday too, I wore my Caguiaoa cap (famous Pinoy Basketball Player) and my two toned sunnies from Zumeiz.com. So keep in touch with my blog for more fashion ideas soon ;)
