Fashion: H-I-G-H
So far this is the best fashion shoot I gad so far! H-I-G-H as what my shirt shows definitely defines my kind of fashion!
Oh well that skater boy look will always be the best style for me. I just love this dope-boy next-door-look that really shows my inner fashion taste. My HIGH statement shirt was from Market Market thrift store in Manila. I got this super comfy jeggings from Folded & Hung and my FIGHT cap from Penshoppe. this look wouldn't be perfect without this New Balance Sneakers and plaid shirt wrapped around my waist to break the monotony of my blue-color-outfit.

Travel: ICE BAR BGC
I finally made it to Imperial Ice Bar located at Bonofacio Global City in Manila. There's no other place cooler than this, taking a shot of vodka in that freezing temperature. Of course as Pinoy who used to live in 2 seasons (dry/wet) we're all getting crazy of trying out that winter climate so here's the best bar to try out.
Imperial Ice Bar is entrance fee and drink or cocktails are quite affordable too. It has quite spacious dance floor plus good music equals fun night. We had a blast here with my college friends fee months ago and it turned out to be an epic night- party til 6AM. Here's some of photos I wanna share with you all.

Fashion: COMME des GARCONS
This iconic heart fashion logo was my wishlist ever since I started my personal account in LookBook. Knowing it's a Japanese clothing brand, I knew the price I need to pay for it when I visited CDG outlet located in Hilton Singapore. Like what they day, if you really like it then you'll have to excuse at all. Got these shirt with little help of friends from Dubai.
I have 2 shirts now (it's quite addictive though LOL!) both it white colors but different logo color (black & red) Of course need to give some justice to it so I decided to have it paired with this ever comfy jeggings from Folded & Hung. I also got my New Balance sneakers to highlight the red accent of this look together with my red Lexon watch & lastly my red snapback completed this look.
What's your current brand or look addiction? Hope you'll find fashion pieces that are worth of your money too. Go for basic items that can be paired easily or go for strong style items to add some spice into your everyday look. Stay awesome my dear blog followers.

Travel: URBN
URBN Bar located at Bonifacio Global City in Manila Philippines is the newest spot of party people around the metro. Many people don't even know they have the best spot for dinner too, the URBN BAR & KITCHEN. Many food reviews already blogged URBN and shared may good feedbacks and must try menu items like their home made potato chips, souffle, steak and their cheesecake.
URBN BAR offers a very spacious & industrial look interior best for hosting corporate events and making it the best party spot with friends. We came here around 2AM and the crowd was insane. With good music, party drinks and lively crowd you wouldn't ask for anything but just to dance & party all night! Smoking is also allowed inside (not goo for non-smokers) and have sufficient staff to assist you and cocktails / drinks prices were quite reasonable too.

Food: Southwest Tavern
Southwest Tavern is a cowboy themed inspired by American diner that specialises in some awesome Spam Chips & wester favourite sausages & fries. It is known for their popular Beer Butt Chicken - a roast chicken stuffed with a beer of cans and other seasonings making the chicken infused with so much flavours yet still juicy.
You can choose from a range of 28 beers from around the world as well as various cocktails and wines.
This place was totally a surprise spot for me when one day I was suddenly ambushed by friends ending up tasting some best wine here at Southwest Tavern. Just look at their onion rings layered perfectly on a plate with mayo at the centre, just done perfectly crispy. They also have the SPAM chips - my all favourite canned goods fried until almost like a potato chips but still flavourfully done. Of course we had some sausages too that comes in variants, truly such a great pair for beers or any cocktails. To end up the night, we had a bottle of Moscato D'Asti given by a generous friend that totally completed our appetite that day.

Fashion: Bluer than Blue
Let's talk about Monday Blues. Whoever coined the word "Bluer than blue" might have defined blue into some deep emotional symbol. But in fashion, you would agree that shades of blue will always be in your colour choice of style. Having said that, anyone would easily be captured by this Hollister shirt in 3-toned colors of blue. Paired with denim shorts from Cotton On, this look will rock your day in style.
I'm wearing snapback from Nike in sky blue color and gray Nike sneakers to totally complete the sporty look of this outfit. To add accent for this look, I wore Lexon watch and blue/ pink arm candy from @trendcrearion via their Instagram account. So the next time you visualize outfit you wanna wear, you dont basically need to go shopping for new fashion pieces, by simply incorporating basic pieces by matching them in color coordination, you will always come up with a good OOTD shot of the day.

LOOKBOOK 2014
I have been looking in my iPhoto files for a fashion blog post but I suddenly browsed through my Lookbook folder and decided why not post my fashion looks this year. Just noticed that recently my style preference got a common denominator- black, white & basic! Yes, goodbye for prints, floral and pastel colors for now. Lately I've been hooked up with experimenting basic fashion pieces and making black & white with a twist.
As they always say, in fashion there is no rule! As long as it comes out of your creative mind, who cares as long as you have the confidence to walk along the crowd wearing what you thinks suits you best. With these few Lookbook fashion post, hope you'll get some inspiration on how to dress up simply but still with a great sense of style!

Food: Ramen Nagi
Ramen Nagi would probably serves the best ramen in town. What's the best thing about this talk about Japanese restaurant located at the 5th floor of SM Aura was the personalized note where you can personalize your ramen of choice from the soup richness down to the toppings.
Ramen Nagi offer various options including Priginal King Butao Ramen, Red King Butao Ramen, Black King Butao Ramen and Green King Butao Ramen. The Black Butao King Ramen will be my all time favourite. They also have the best Gyoza. The place is always crowded and you will have to line up buy once you've taken a sip and tasted that ramen, it'll be all worth the wait. It will be a bit pricey but it was definitely worth every peso spent. I promise!

Food: Da Paolo Pizza Bar
Which is your favourite Italian Restaurant for pizza? I know many will have different opinions for it, let's say some will vote for Bella Pizza in Robertson Quay or some would even wonder if they have tried one so far. Well, another discovery of good food I have tried recommended by a good friend to an authentic Italian restaurant located at Chip Bee Gardens near Holland Village MRT.
That is Da Paolo PIZZA BAR. Yes they have thr best pizza, pasta and dessert you have to try. They offer super al fresco dining option perfect for lunch and dinner options. It has a very extensive pizza menu when it comes to Italian style pizza in Singapore. The prices will not be that decent but you will definitely not go wrong for thei pasta and pasta, worth the money you'll pay for.

Food: NOLITA (North of Little Italy)
Have you ever been to NOLITA or ever heard of this New-York inspired resto located in BGC Central? Oh well, it's about time for you to take a bite of their luscious pizzas & burgers by Chef Cuit Kaufman. Expect nothing but the best of American food items on their menu especially their best seller- their authentic New-York style pizzas on its menu. According to OurAwesomePlanet food blog site, it is a follow-up to their successful Borough resto in Podium.
It was my first time to try it here with my college friends for a quick dinners before having some pub crawling around the BGC area. It's the perfect place to grab quick food hunger fix and just hang out with friends in a laid-back ambiance. We spent the rest of our stay laughing out loud, taking photos using monopod & sharing endless life stories while indulging in their food menus from pizza down to their dessert. Worth a try here at Nolita.

Have you ever been to MacRitchie Reservoir Park? If not then you gotta make sure to visit this place if you're a tourist and for those working or living here in Singapore, Yes! this place is damn good worth to wake up for in the morning for a quick jog or yoga. This place is such a hidden gem giving Singapore such an obvious natural view on a different perspective.
Seeing skyscrapers around Orchard area and the towering buildings at Marina Bay area are some of the usual scenery of Singapore from travel guides & postcards, but here in MacRitchie Nature Park, you'll be amazed on how nature & water reservoir was maintained to almost an untouched state. Fashion: Plaid Republic
Checkered patterns will never go out of style. I think it should be everyone's basic fashion staple that never go out of trend in any fashion season. I have few checkered shirt & polos that can be paired to any casual or formal OOTD from usual everyday day wear and to any random formal events.
I got this polo shirt on sale from Aeropostale Philippines at SM Aura. My undershirt was from Nuvali Republ1c WakePark given by a friend making this outfit having that sporty edge look. I paired it with denim shorts from Cotton On and leather sneakers from Coach Singapore.
For the accessories, I wore this two toned sunnies from Zumeiz.com and my ever useful Casio vintage watch with some black leather bracelets from Hong Kong. You may wonder why this look seemed to be quite new to your eyes in terms of my usual style, but that's the point as I'm trying to reinvent my usual fashion look and hope this gave you inspiration not to be afraid in wearing what you think is fashion & style through your creative mind.

Fashion: Hype @ Henderson
And so I'm taking my OOTD shoot to the highest level this time thanks to my forever photographer / travel escapade partner Jizelle who visited Singapore for 2 weeks so we were able to squeeze this long overdue visit to the infamous Henderson Wave Bridge. It was a sunny afternoon when we went to this place and plan to take some LookBook shot as what we usually do few years back since we both started working here in Singapore.
My love for Lookbook website inspired me to have this HYPE shirt purchased from Market Market Store back in Manila Philppines. Some might ask about this but this is a popular website for fashion bloggers wherein you can post fashion looks and other members of the Lookbook community can Hype (LIKE) your post. I just love black & white combo lately, I don't know exactly why but I always end up wearing it instead of my usual colorful OOTD's (maybe I'm getting matured).
I matched this look with my oversized gym bag from SM Dept Store and camouflage sneakers from Vans. Since its a very sunmy day, I wore my FIGHT statement cap from Penshoppe and floral designed sunnies from zumeiz.com And with my shaved head look, it was a total bad-ass / boy next door look. So what can you say about this outfit? Keep reading my blogs for more fashion post inspiration.

Food: SLICE
Have you ever imagined your favourite yema (famous Pinoy dessert) topped over a freshly baked & moist cupcake? Well, here in SLICE located at Bonifacio Global City, it's only one of their few crowds favourite and authentic menu items must-try.
I have been following local food blogs and saw one blog entry of SLICE from www.awesomeplanet.com. When I saw the food items of SLICE, I knew right from there I need to try this food haven in Manila. I tried this restaurant alone on an early Sunday morning during my weekend visit in Manila last month. But because of hangover, I did not have the appetite for an early morning breakfast so instead, I just decided to go straight for dessert which include their very own Chocolate Yema Cake and Citrus Muffin. It was simply delicious having all the flavours, moist and fresh ingredients come all together in a muffin and cupcake.
I also had their freshly made fruit-infused water instead of having my regular coffee. They have wide varieties of wholesome pasta and breakfast food items to taste. They have the friendliest staff and the ambience was simply amazing having a well decorated interior and comfy seats whether you want it inside or outdoor too. SLICE is located at Southeast Block Lower Ground Floor Bonifacio High Street Central Taguig City.

Fashion: n'1
It's been a time chasing week that I was not able to post blog entries for the past few days. Well anyways since I have the time now, will try to edit and update fashion and food blogs to share it with you all.
Recently the Singapore weather calls for umbrellas and sun creams as the humidity was rising. Last month I went to USS again for the 9th time maybe to join a friend visiting from Qatar. I had nothing to wear so I decided to pamper myself for a little shopping. I went around Orchard area and stopped by Bershka to see their items on sale. The moment I saw this white n'1 top, I know this was the right one to buy. I've been recently addicted with the timeless black and white OOTD as I find it easy and comfy to wear on any occassions.
I paired this top with Uniqlo black shorts and wore my Nike SB Stefan Janoski sneakers. I also brought my plaid checkered shirt to break the monotony of my look. For accessories, I had my Casio vintage watch and black leather bracelets from Hongkong. Since its a very sunny and bad hairday too, I wore my Caguiaoa cap (famous Pinoy Basketball Player) and my two toned sunnies from Zumeiz.com. So keep in touch with my blog for more fashion ideas soon ;)

YELLOW CAB Pizza Co.
Yellow Cab will always be the 1st place in my heart when it comes to pizza! They always have the best menu offerings for classic and specialty pizza, don't forget to try their pasta too. If you're a true blood Pinoy, Yellow Cab will surely be part of your college memories. Yes you'll digest all the carbs, meat, fats and oils after trying their heavenly tasting pizza but who cares, it's not that bad to have a cheat meal once in a while.
I'm pretty sure this will be loved by Singapore too once they opened up a chain here so here's a food guide if you're a first timer here. They have 3 sizes to choose from Regular (serves 4), Large (serves 6) and New Yorker (serves 8). For classic pizza selections, you can go for NY Classic simply with the NY all-time favourite pizza topping- pepperoni. Their New York's Finest is their best seller, combining meats and freah vegetables together. Manhattan Meatlovers is also to die for which is an all meat pizza: ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, salami & bacon.
For Specialty pizza, #4 Cheese is definitely for cheese lovers like me which combines Mozzarella, Cheddar, Romano & Feta cheese all together- Cheese Heaven! Their Barbecue Chicken which consist of chicken strips, red onion and cilantro in a hickory smoked barbecue sauce is also a must-try! And of course unique dishes of Yellow Cab like Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta and Dear Darla should be added to your menu options too, uniquely done and a such a true signature dish.
For their dessert, you can finish it off by trying their specialty ice cream that comes it various flavours like vanilla and strawberry but you gotta go for their Pistachio, it's the best! They are open 24 hours so its the perfect place after a drinking session with friends or taking a late night dinner with family or friends!

Fashion: Basic Play
I've been recently doing quite random outfit post everywhere I go here in Singapore to keep up with my commitment of maintaining my fashion blog post. Most of my recent OOTD post were using my iPhone 5S camera so it's less hassle of always bringing my DSLR. One good thing about Singapore is having the advantage of picturesque scenery wherever you go.
I got playful with this shoot so I decided to have some fashion blog post in this HDB Playground around Toa Payoh area. I was wearing something pretty basic here with my usual swagger street dapper look. Especially with the humid weather nowadays, I do make sure that comfort wiill be the priority. My not-so-used denim shorts from Cotton On will always be on the rescue in tiimes of not knowing what to wear. I paired it with Basic navy blue V-Neck Shirt from Bench Philippines.
To cut the monotony of this look, I paired it with my New Balance sneakers from Leftfoot SG with my Vans pack bag to finish the whole look. Wearing basic look is now that boring at all as long as you know how to add life in it. Be playful and don't forget to experiment to get a playful basic everyday attire. Watch out for more fashion post soon.

Hard Rock Hotel Singapore
Welcome to Hard Rock Hotel Singapore! The next best hotel for me after the infamous Marina Bay Sands with that iconic infinity pool. My very first experience at Hard Rock Hotel was far beyond my hotel experience as it surely exceeded my expectations. We had a night staycation here and it was one unforgettable experience from their vast swimming pools, high-end technical facilities and modern interiors.
Hard Rock Hotel Singapore is located right in the heart of Sentosa Island Singapore and its location is so convenient to some of the top tourist destinations in SG including Universal Studios, Adventure Cove and SEA Aquarium. It's strategic location made their advantage to be top priorities of hotels to check in especially for tourist all over the world who wants to experience the best of Singapore.
The hotel will normally cost you around $500- $600 per night but we had a special deal to get a room only for $285/night (great deal)! The amenities and structural design of the hotel definitely made it one of the best of hotel in Singapore. So if you're planning for a family or friend vacation, don't make a second thought of trying Hard Rock Hotel Singapore.

Fashion: Coachy Sunday
During the Singapore Fashion Season Sale, I was lucky to have connections with OFW who works in fashion retail jobs so I grabbed the chance to score some great deals to add in my fashion needs like this Classic Coach Shoes that I only got for around $102 SGD!
With its original price at $385 SGD, I never had my second thought of purchasing it. If you remember my previous post, I also got a leather sneakers from Coach for $102 SGD as well. It was a perfect match to my Coach leather body bag having the same color tone, a match made in heaven! I know this is kinda out of my usual swagger next boy door look but sometimes you gotta change your style to add some surprise and flexibility to your usual OOTD kind-of-style.
Because this is too histrionic to my usual style, I made sure to have it styled on a plain and simple basic white shirt and sweat shorts from UNIQLO & Forever 21 for Men. This look is so comfy but stylish enough for a laidback sunday mall strolling or meeting up with friends for coffee or lunch. Since it's still quite humid in Singapore, I made sure to wear a perfect gray oversized sunnies to complement my whole look. So what you think about this LookBook style of mine? Read more of my fashion post and stay awesome to all fashion conscious souls out there! ;)

Starz Restaurant (Resorts World Sentosa)
Starz Restaurant located in Resorts World Sentosa can be the best breakfast buffet restaurant esp if you have booked your stay at Hard Rock Hotel Singapore. Its located near the hotel's reception area and you can experience luscious breakfast menu items for only $62 SGD per pax. Starz Restaurant offers nothing but the best food menu items for multi cultural taste buds and definitely a great place to start off the day for morning person out there.
Few weeks back, we had staysation at Hard Rock Hotel with friends so after a night of alcohol doze & endless convo, we decided to energize at this food haven before heading to Universal Studios Singapore. We were immediately assisted to our designated table after making payments by their friendly staff without the hassle of waiting. The vast array of breakfast menu items will welcome you from bread, noodles, cereals, omelette and everone's favourite dimsum and dumplings. They also have overflowing coffee, tea, juices and morning boosters.

Fashion: D'EVILS
I seldom take outfit shots of my daily work attire due to a very hectic call center life here in Singapore. I often ignore my day-to-day style as I usually prefer to wear-upon-my-mood habit when it comes to choosing what to wear except for this OOTD that I really didn't miss out coz this definitely defined my style (Swagger-Boy-Next-Door-Look).
I basically recycle my fave fashion pieces to match my total look and to create a diffrent look from time to time that I'm using it. Like this super skinny jeans from H&M that really fits me well and so comfy too, peefect for days I just consider comfort. the Marvel shirt was gift from my friend based in Cali that also have the best fitting shirt I had so far.
This dope D'EVILS cap is seriously sick, not mine though but I was allowed by my colleague for me to use it for this photoshoot. This limited edition snapback was purchased via some random online shop here in Singapore (hope I can score one too!) I wore my ever reliable Casio Vintage watch and paired it with anchor bracelets from Aldo I bought early this year from my recent trip in Abu Dhabi.
Lastly, this outfit will not be complete without my new Authentic Camo sneakers from Vans (great steal from www.zumeiz.com). They're having awesome sale with their online shop shoe selections from Vans, Nike SB and even more dope brands too many to mention. Hope you stay awesome and feel free to show off your individuality through your own style! ;)

Dean & DeLuca Singapore
So I finally made it to try the ever so overrated and talked about Dean & DeLuca located in Orchard Central Singapore with my friend Tracy to end up our heavy dinner at Gerry's Grill. We had no choice but to try their popular Belgian Waffle, Red Velvet Cake and Marble Chocolate Shake.
After reading so much good reviews of this food haven and as well with those negative customer service feedback, I will just focus this blog post on my personal first time experience here at D&D. Knowing the best food & drink to try, their Marble Chocolate Shake never failed my expectation as it taste like heavenly chocolatey yummy. Their Cafe Latte was nothing to special at all.
The Red Velvet Cake was so far the best I've tried. Not so sweet, but it's indeed moist and that distinct taste that makes you wanna finish the cake slice in 60 seconds. The Belgian Waffle was also perfectly executed in terms of it's taste and presentation. But the waffles was too hard and the ingredients seemed not to be freshly made. But in total, I still appreciated the place perfect for hanging out with friends or simply having a treat for yourself after a week of stressful job esp here in Singapore. Will definitely come back here to try their rainbow cake cake and gigantic pancakes with mixed berries.

Before heading back to Singapore, we had out lunch in here. If it looks so appetizing then it was fully justified by its taste that you couldn't go wrong trying this out. It will definitely makes your tummy so happy as they offer nothing but the best food items while having the stunning view of the Indonesian beach. Keep on following my blog post for more informative travel, fashion & food blog entries. I love you all!

INSTAGRAM AUGUST 2014
It's time for another August Instagram Photo Diary obligatory blog post. It was my second month of instense call canter workload and guess what, all the long working hours & late night shift transformed into fruitful travel escapades and rewarded myself with some fashion wish list items.
August came so swiftly & perfectly fast as I was able to still balance my work, blog & travel life needs. Hopefully you like this personal visual diary of my personal life as a nurse blogger stuck here in Singapore. Don't forget to live your life to the fullest.

Fashion: AQUATIC BLUE
Wearing bright color like this Aquatic blue top from Forever 21 is a perfect match for a last summer weekend getaway. I just love how its so calming in the eyes paired with Ripcurl boardshorts. Whatelese would match this look but to have a pair of Havaianas gray slippers.
I did not accesorize so much for this look as I had a photo walk around this beautiful Agro Bintan Beach Resort in Bintan, Indonesia. But since I had my commitment to post fashion blog more often, I really made time to have this little fashion shoot even though there's nothing so particularly fashion forward about this look.

Depot Ayam Penyet
One of the most popular Indonesian dish to try will be Ayam Penyet and there's no other way to have the original taste of its one-of-a-kind cuisine by trying it out at Depot Ayam Penyet located in Bintan Island, Indonesia. It's always a good way to know the cultural background of the country of your visit by trying out their local food gastronomical dishes.
Ayam Penyet is a chicken fried with locally infused Indonesian spices served with Asian rice, crunchy tofu and vegetable soup flavoured with locally grown vegetables. I did not search for its food history so I'm just describing it on how it tasted. So if you'll gonna visit Indonesia one of these days, this is one food list you shouldn't miss out.

BINTAN AGRO BEACH RESORT
I've been waiting for the right time to finally visit the Island of Bintan in Indonesia and I was totally amazed by it's beauty and the simplicity of the island life here. To experience this place was nothing better than to stay in one of Bintan's best beachfront resort located at Kepulauan Riau Indonesia.
You will always fall in love to another beautiful day on this island. Taking a dip / going for a swi, everyday in the crystal clear water has simply a way of clearing your mind from all the clutters of your busy life & perhaps cleansing your soul as well. Every moment and every second in this paradise will always be the best just by simply enjoying the gorgeous Indonesian sunset.
We had our reservation here via Deal.com.sg where recently they had tour package promo via http://www.lokopoko.travel and total including hotel, ferry & land transfer with breakfast, lunch & dinner was aroung $99/pax but after including tax & other fees $169/pax.
This view will never get old. Wish I could stay here forever.

Fashion: AERO
Finally I got the chance to share fashion blog post after several unsuccessful photo shoot attempts. I've been planning of fashion outfit shoot at Henderson Waves or Mc Ritchie Reservoir & hopefully I can make it happen soon.
I just went for a beach weekend getaway in Bintan Island Indonesia and part of the tour package we got was a half day tour around the island including this Chinese Temple which was so picturesque enough to have my unplanned photo shoot.
Thinking of wearing something comfy & stylish, I decided to wear a white Aeropostale shirt that will never go out of style. Recently in Singapore, I've noticed plenty style conscious wearing Aero shirts especially during sunny days. For me its the substitute for avant garde fashion brands like CK top or CDG shirts. The one I'm wearing was from a friend who recently visited NYC (sponsorship) LOL!
What else could go better with it than my all time fave sweat shorts I got from Forever 21, such a great steal esp I can wear it to any top but still doesn't compromise my style & comfort. I also got my new Nike SB online from www.zumeiz.com This Stefan Janoski limited edition tiger stripe sneakers is just to die for. I love it's simplicity & superb style that really fits my kind-of-style.
Also wore my Casio silver watch & black leather bracelets I bought in Hongkong perfect for my usual black-white-gray kind of style. Just goo enough to have my Canon D700 DSLR to capture some scenic views of the island. Hope you like this post & so keep following my humble blog for more fashion insights & style ideas.
