Fashion: Minimalist Monday

When it comes to fashion, Minimalism is what I'm mastering recently in terms of it's style technicality. It's not always just about black and white, you simply just have to know the color pattern combination and envision it in your fashion pieces to create that minimalistic look. While I was in Sydney strolling the Harbour Bay area, I can't help but to strike this OOTD look. Im wearing an inner V neck shirt from Armani Exchange and covered it with denim blue shirt from Oxygen Philippines. To create that minimal look, I paired it with white pants from Pull & Bear and my classic white Converse sneakers. To finish off this look, I used a two toned cap from Aeropostale, aviators from Ray-Ban and leather watch from Fossil and lastly brown leather bracelet from Coach.

Fashion: Waves and Surf

It's the last leg of the summer heat and I just can't get enough of beach therapy! Last weekend I went to Tanjong Beach Club for some catch up sunset sessions with friends. As usual its humid and the temperature was burning that day so I had to wear something that's comfortable and easy to wear yet stylish of course. I was wearing a summer sleeveless top from ASOS and navy blue beach shorts from Folded & Hung Philippines. I used my black classic Birkenstock slippers and paired it with snapback from Aeropostale and sunglasses from Sunnies. More blog post coming soon on my Australian trip for more travel & food guide. Have a good week ahead guys!

Fashion: Summer Ready

Are you summer ready? Just yesterday I had the chance to treat myself for some Sunday beach break in Siloso Beach Sentosa. The summer season is finally coming. The scorching heat of the sun is calling all the beach bodies for that perfect summer getaway look. I'm wearing Quay sunnies, Aeropostale snapback, Zalora top, Cotton On board shorts and UCLA bag. Have a great week ahead to everyone!

Fashion: Let Love Find You

Let love find you! Yes its the month of celebrating love in all forms. I do publicly admit that I'm in a relationship now and for those who knew about it, I am grateful for having someone to celebrate Valentine's Day with for this year, finally! This shot was taken on a Sunday afternoon while going for a dinner date with friends to Orchard. I was supposed to wear something red but still ended up in black and white color coordination. I love the natural lighting on this photo so I made it as my recent profile photo in Facebook. I am wearing white summer shirt from Pull & Bear, skinny shorts from Cotton on, snapback from Aeropostale and white sneakers from Stan Smith Adidas. I know the blog title really doesn't connect much on this fashion statement but more of what I felt during this photo shoot session. Yes, stay in love with the right person and let love find you eventually.

Fashion: AQUATIC BLUE

Wearing bright color like this Aquatic blue top from Forever 21 is a perfect match for a last summer weekend getaway. I just love how its so calming in the eyes paired with Ripcurl boardshorts. Whatelese would match this look but to have a pair of Havaianas gray slippers.

I did not accesorize so much for this look as I had a photo walk around this beautiful Agro Bintan Beach Resort in Bintan, Indonesia. But since I had my commitment to post fashion blog more often, I really made time to have this little fashion shoot even though there's nothing so particularly fashion forward about this look.

Fashion: AERO

Finally I got the chance to share fashion blog post after several unsuccessful photo shoot attempts. I've been planning of fashion outfit shoot at Henderson Waves or Mc Ritchie Reservoir & hopefully I can make it happen soon.

I just went for a beach weekend getaway in Bintan Island Indonesia and part of the tour package we got was a half day tour around the island including this Chinese Temple which was so picturesque enough to have my unplanned photo shoot.

Thinking of wearing something comfy & stylish, I decided to wear a white Aeropostale shirt that will never go out of style. Recently in Singapore, I've noticed plenty style conscious wearing Aero shirts especially during sunny days. For me its the substitute for avant garde fashion brands like CK top or CDG shirts. The one I'm wearing was from a friend who recently visited NYC (sponsorship) LOL!

What else could go better with it than my all time fave sweat shorts I got from Forever 21, such a great steal esp I can wear it to any top but still doesn't compromise my style & comfort. I also got my new Nike SB online from www.zumeiz.com This Stefan Janoski limited edition tiger stripe sneakers is just to die for. I love it's simplicity & superb style that really fits my kind-of-style.

Also wore my Casio silver watch & black leather bracelets I bought in Hongkong perfect for my usual black-white-gray kind of style. Just goo enough to have my Canon D700 DSLR to capture some scenic views of the island. Hope you like this post & so keep following my humble blog for more fashion insights & style ideas.

FASHION: ARMANI x RAJO MILANOS

You will never go wrong in a black-gray color palette. Black is the best color that can go with gray. Gray, black, tan, and off-white are generally considered neutral colors. Gray will take on a warm or cool impression depending on surrounding colors. Black & white are always the easiest neutrals to add into just about any color scheme.

I'm always a fan of Armani Exchange brand from their classic leather belts, jeans & even watches. I got this shirt as a gift on my 24th birthday. It's my first Armani item so it deserves an obligatory Lookbook shoot.
My total look. Hype it in Lookbook here.

FASHION: ANIMAL PRINT

A big fashion trend today is animal print. This year (zebra strips, giraffe prints, cheetah and leopard spots) are everywhere in men's fashion thanks to the African, Asian, tribal and safari style fever that's coming all over fashion icons lately.
Animal prints are most fashionable when worn only in one pattern, and to
keep things tasteful, limit the print to one item at a time.
