Travel: Glico Man Osaka Japan

That moment when you finally saw that infamous Glico Man in Osaka Japan!
While I was in Osaka, I spent the sunset session around this area capturing this side of Osaka in different angles. I noticed tourists crowding over this spot where you can experience the best of Japanese traditions and culture. Around this area you can have the best street food experience and you will never go wrong with Japanese cuisines whether will it be ramen, sushi or sashimi.

Travel: Haji Lane Singapore

Have you ever been to this famous street in Singapore mostly seen on travel blogs named Haji Lane? Since I came here way back in 2011, I have never been to this picturesque tourist spot in Singapore not until last week on a sunny sweaty Sunday when I decided to check out this historical attraction with colleagues for some coffee shop hopping and of course, OOTD for daily dose of IG post!

This colorful lane hidden away in the heart of the Muslim quarter, is a fashionasta's paradise. Haji Lane is known for some of the best local fashion boutique and Middle Eastern cafes usually visited by young peole. The colorful designed walls and intricate artistic decors of this Kampong glam neighbourhood in Singapore is definitely a tourist  desination you don't wanna miss!

Travel: Jardin du Luxembourg Paris

Luxembourg Garden of Paris is probably the best dream-like garden I have ever visited in my life. This garden built in 1620 is owned now by the French Senate and covers 23 hectares of tulips, lawns, tree-lined promenades and flowerbeds.

Just standing in front of the Luxembourg Palace, strolling along the picturesque flowerbeds made of tulips, or just simply taking a seat along the park and basking under the heat of the sun while savouring your gelato cone, this place is the perfect spot for nature lovers. Every corner provides a rich historical background of France. No wonder why people easily fall in love with Paris, it's indeed a romantic place to be.  And it's a free entrance so you better visit this place in the morning, perfect for a morning cardio or afternoon picnic too.

Travel: Paris with Love

Happy Monday from Paris with LOVE! This will be my second to the last blog post of my Paris travel escapade. The upcoming Spain travel & food blog posts will be out soon and I realized there's more to Paris aside from its famous Eiffel Tower and Louvre Pyramid. In this blog post, I compiled some of awesome tourist spot you shouldn't miss in this romantic city.

The famous architectural wonder in Paris known as the "Pantheon" must be on anyone's travel itinerary. The "Love lock bridge" along Seine river and "Jardin de Luxembourg" are also Instagram worthy tourist spot. It's even more amazing to think that anywhere you go, every corner and streets in Paris were sincerely picturesque. If I will be given the chance to visit Paris again, I will stroll all day long, spend hours on cafehopping, go shopping til I drop and live my life with love the Parisian way!

Travel: Eiffel Tower Paris

Eiffel Tower in Paris having various shots taken in different angles and perspectives. If there's one travel bucket list that we consider in life, I'm pretty sure Eiffel tower will always be on top list. Some may have seen famous Statue of Liberty or the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu but nothing else will beat the romantic & self- fulfilling touch of this world's renowed architectural wonder.

Eiffel Tower in Paris is no doubt the most visited tourist atteaction in France. It symbolizes the French architectural mystery and rich historical progress. By simply sitting with it's view, you can spend hours just chatting with your travel mate while munching on delectable macaroons or having a glass of sparkling wine til sundown.

Here's some postcards from Eiffel Tower with various angles and photography techniques using Canon DSLR, iPhone 5S edited via Snapseed and Go Pro Hero 4 Black. Hope you like the photos!

Travel: Arc de Triomphe

With it's neoclassical architecture, the Arc de Triomphe de l'Etoile is one of the most popular landmark in Paris. This monument started its construction in August 15,1806 with a height of 50 metres. It stands in the centre of the Place Charles de Gaulle, at the western end of the Champs-Elysees.

Always busy with cars going around it, this famous monument is simply amazing and worth a visit. I haven't been up to the top, but you can go under it via stairs and can go on top to reach the view deck where you can experience Parisian sunset with the sunlight shining through before darkness sets in as what I've always seen on Instagram photos of some celebrities.

You'll also be surprised on all the cars and people navigate and stroll along this area but not having any accidents at all. You can also avoid crowds by visiting at nght here. I really love it here so include this in your must see spot when you visit Paris!

Travel: ICE BAR BGC

I finally made it to Imperial Ice Bar located at Bonofacio Global City in Manila. There's no other place cooler than this, taking a shot of vodka in that freezing temperature. Of course as Pinoy who used to live in 2 seasons (dry/wet) we're all getting crazy of trying out that winter climate so here's the best bar to try out.

Imperial Ice Bar is entrance fee and drink or cocktails are quite affordable too. It has quite spacious dance floor plus good music equals fun night. We had a blast here with my college friends fee months ago and it turned out to be an epic night- party til 6AM. Here's some of photos I wanna share with you all.

Dine @ Log

With the increasing awareness of people to proper health & keeping the body fit, most of us would prefer going out for dinner spot that offers relish food items that are healthy & nutritious. Having burgers, pastas or sandwiches doesn't mean unhealthy at all after trying out the newest wholesome restaurant named Dine @ Log.

They have the best menu offerings for everyone ranging from salad, starter, burger, main course meal & ala carte and side dishes. That's not all as they also offer dessert & beverages plus the healthy drinks which really impressed me (mixed juices from real fresh fruits).

I took my family out for a diner here & we left the place fully satisfied & feeling oh so healthy as well. The interior, ambience & the place you'll really love especially the food & healthy drinks. A delicious & healthy dinner for everyone.

Rice Empire Macau

No restaurant takes notion of "rice cuisine" as seriously as Rice Empire located at Sans Cotai Central making it as the perfect location for a lunch or dinner hour for a perfect & relaxing meal. I'm fully satisfied with their wide selections on Asian & Cantonese cuisine wherein menu offerings will range from rice, noodle, dumplings, meat, congee, cold fish & desserts too.

I had the Fried Rice with Minced Beef & Kimchi which was a good choice since I'm a Korean food lover. The rice quality was superb & really compliments well with its chili paste & minced beef. Their dumplings are a must try, so authentic & fresh it feels like it melts in your mouth with all the flavours infused inside. Since I don't eat pork I wasn't able to have a taste of their braised pork belly but my friends told me it was undoubtedly the best braised pork he had so far. The braised beef noodle, having the delicious smell from the broth, creating flavours that was put into one bowl is the kind of delicious that stops conversation.

Ocean Park has something to let you experience before deciding which is which.  Iv'e finally got the chance to experience Ocean Park with my recent vacation in Hong Kong and was amazed on how this place was able to fully integrate theme park, awesome rides, endangered animal shows all into one gigantic park.

Kowloon Park Hongkong

In case you need a peaceful place or maybe a quick jog before starting off a day tour while in Hong Kong, then Kowloon Park is a place to visit. Looking at the lush greens while walking around this park, you'll definitely appreciate how this place could relax your mind that you even want to read a book while seating in one of the bench having a cup of coffee here.

What's good about this little paradise is that you wouldn't expect having this place in the city of Hong Kong wherein most sceneries will be the concrete skyscrapers & busy streets of Nathan Road. No wonder why it is one of the most popular attraction in Hong Kong. It is easy to reach in approximately 30 minutes from the Star Ferry & alongNathan Road to the park entrance. You can spend as pleasant afternoon in the park listening to street musicians. If you have time you can visit this place & you will be surprised at the history of the area. Within the park there are swimming pools, aviary, tranquil lakes & fountains just behind Nathan Road. Nearest MTR stations are Jordan & Tuan Sha Tsui.

Macau 2014

It's nice to be back in Macau again since I first visited this place back in 2012. Whenever you visit Hong Kong since it's just a ferry ride away, you shouldn't miss the Las Vegas of Asia. This place is definitely a bucket list for everyone as Macau offers nothing but the best of entertainment & ultimate travel experience from night life to their must see tourist spot like Venetian Macau & Ruins of St. Paul's

I made a day tour in Macau on a Saturday & will share with you my travel photo diary and will share some tips on must see & eat in Macau. From Hong KOng, you have to take a ferry ride at Hong Kong Central Ferry Terminal (ferry price range 120- 200 HKD). We took the Cotai Water Jet for a 45 min ride to Taipa Ferry Terminal & went straight ahead to Holiday Inn Macau to meet a friend working there. We spent an hour strolling around Holiday Inn, Sands & Sheraton Hotel.

We had some authentic Chinese noodles for late lunch (food price range75-150 HKD) & afterwards we spent the rest of the day taking some touristy photo shoots inside the ever stunning Venetian Macau interior. I never got tired looking around the busy crowd panic shopping, burning cash in casinos & enjoying the man made cloud view & the famous boat ride in the Venetian. We also went outside to catch the night scene of Macau & I was still captivated by the view overlooking Hard Rock, City of Dreams & Crown Hotel with its amazing night scenery.

You don't have to worry about transportation here in Macau as most of hotels here offer free shuttle ride . Going inside the hotels, casinos & malls requires no specific requirements or entrance fee so you can go everywhere you want. Even though we wanted to go more places but due to time limitations, we weren't able to visit other famous tourist spot like Macau Tower & Macau Museums & famous churches. The cost of living in Macau is similar with Hong Kong so if you're planning for a day tour here, a pocket money of $300 SGD or Php 10,000 will be enough.

Victoria Peak Hongkong

It was such an unforgettable experience to reach the ultimate peak experience at Hongkong's famous The Peak by the Peak Tram. It is one of the world's oldest & most popular railways reaching up to 1,300 feet above sea level. Upon reaching the peak, you will enjoy the stunning 360 degrees panoramic view of Hong Kong. You have to also try the Sky Terrace 428 standing at 428 meters above sea level where you can have the best scenic spot of Hong Kong. You will definitely love this trip so it should be part of any travel itinerary of you will be visiting the Treasure City.

The Peak Tram Sky Pass ticket will be $80 HKD and the Peak Tram ticket will be $40 HKD. But I will recommend to have the Sky Pass for its worth your money once you see the picturesque view of Hong Kong. The best time to go here will be around 3-4PM so that you can watch the beautiful sunrise & experience the breathtaking night view of the city.

The Peak Tower offers various souvenir shops & some great dining experience. You can also bring your own water & snack in case you'll get hungry as it requires an energetic body to stroll around The Peak area. Since it's summer time, expect a lot of sweaty moments so be sure to wear something appropriately. The Peak Tram is open form 7AM- 12MN & the Sky Terrace is open from 10AM - 11PM except for Saturday / Sunday & PH (8AM - 11PM).
