Travel: Venice Italy

Separated by canals and connected by bridges, Venice Italy located in the northeastern part of Italy is one of the most visited tourist attraction in Europe, renowned for the beauty of it's setting, architecture & it's artwork. It was a memorable travel experience to finally visit this haven that took me almost 2 hours before it sinked in that I was indeed in Venice. It's like a realistic painting where you can go inside and explore the picturesque canvas of it's beautiful landscape.

Venice Italy is the best tourist destination for me out of all the 19 countries I have visited so far. It was a short yet awesome travel destination of my European tour this year and if you're planning to visit Italy once you've got the Schengen visa approved, please make sure Venice is part of your travel itinerary and I will tell you, it will be the best destination you'll ever make! Here's some of my best Venice travel photos I would like to share with you all!

Travel: Colosseum Italy

Considered as one of the greatest work in the field of engineering and architecture, Colosseum or Coliseum is one of the most famous tourist landmark in Rome Italy. Located in the centre of the city just east of Roman Forum, it is considered as one of the biggest ampitheatre ever built. Known for its historical gladiatorial contest and public spectacles based on Roman mythology, holding audience up to 65,000 it's the best spot for a half day tour to deepen your knowledge on Roman history. It was too late when we visited this place but was still captivating at night that we can't stop taking photos of it. After we walked along the streets of Rome to go for some quick window shopping, gelato hunting, and more pizza & pasta loading. Will definitely go back to this place for more adventures, truly such a magnificent city.

Kowloon Park Hongkong

In case you need a peaceful place or maybe a quick jog before starting off a day tour while in Hong Kong, then Kowloon Park is a place to visit. Looking at the lush greens while walking around this park, you'll definitely appreciate how this place could relax your mind that you even want to read a book while seating in one of the bench having a cup of coffee here.

What's good about this little paradise is that you wouldn't expect having this place in the city of Hong Kong wherein most sceneries will be the concrete skyscrapers & busy streets of Nathan Road. No wonder why it is one of the most popular attraction in Hong Kong. It is easy to reach in approximately 30 minutes from the Star Ferry & alongNathan Road to the park entrance. You can spend as pleasant afternoon in the park listening to street musicians. If you have time you can visit this place & you will be surprised at the history of the area. Within the park there are swimming pools, aviary, tranquil lakes & fountains just behind Nathan Road. Nearest MTR stations are Jordan & Tuan Sha Tsui.

Macau 2014

It's nice to be back in Macau again since I first visited this place back in 2012. Whenever you visit Hong Kong since it's just a ferry ride away, you shouldn't miss the Las Vegas of Asia. This place is definitely a bucket list for everyone as Macau offers nothing but the best of entertainment & ultimate travel experience from night life to their must see tourist spot like Venetian Macau & Ruins of St. Paul's

I made a day tour in Macau on a Saturday & will share with you my travel photo diary and will share some tips on must see & eat in Macau. From Hong KOng, you have to take a ferry ride at Hong Kong Central Ferry Terminal (ferry price range 120- 200 HKD). We took the Cotai Water Jet for a 45 min ride to Taipa Ferry Terminal & went straight ahead to Holiday Inn Macau to meet a friend working there. We spent an hour strolling around Holiday Inn, Sands & Sheraton Hotel.

We had some authentic Chinese noodles for late lunch (food price range75-150 HKD) & afterwards we spent the rest of the day taking some touristy photo shoots inside the ever stunning Venetian Macau interior. I never got tired looking around the busy crowd panic shopping, burning cash in casinos & enjoying the man made cloud view & the famous boat ride in the Venetian. We also went outside to catch the night scene of Macau & I was still captivated by the view overlooking Hard Rock, City of Dreams & Crown Hotel with its amazing night scenery.

You don't have to worry about transportation here in Macau as most of hotels here offer free shuttle ride . Going inside the hotels, casinos & malls requires no specific requirements or entrance fee so you can go everywhere you want. Even though we wanted to go more places but due to time limitations, we weren't able to visit other famous tourist spot like Macau Tower & Macau Museums & famous churches. The cost of living in Macau is similar with Hong Kong so if you're planning for a day tour here, a pocket money of $300 SGD or Php 10,000 will be enough.

Yuen Kee Restaurant Hongkong

You will never have enough of Hong Kong's vast culinary cuisines from local food delicacies to popular Chinese must-try foodies. You know the feeling of finding a good place to eat after a whole day of tour around the city, that's where we found out this local food haven along TST area in Hong Kong. We were walking along the Avenue of Stars and out feet brought us here to have a good dinner experience.

This was my first time to try this beef brisket & it also tastes so good in noodle soup. A must try will be their dumplings as well with rich meaty fillings & crunchy touch served with mayonnaise. Also the noodles here in Hong Kong comes in various types & cooking methods of your preference that is worth trying as all looks so relish. Finally have a try of their local drinks aside from the famous Milo Dinosaur & Iced Lemon Tea. It was a gastronomical experience having the local food of Hong Kong & you should have a taste of it too.

The total amount we paid for two pax was around $250 HKD, quite expensive but their servings will be almost good for 3 persons. The service will be not that excellent but having the experience of dining in this local food restaurant in Hong Kong was worth the experience.
