FUE Hair Transplant Singapore

Honestly speaking, there was a point in my life where I had a shaky self-image due to my hair loss problem. My thinning hair dilemma started back in college years that I noticed some serious hair loss & up to present, it evolves to distinct hair loss in  my forehead area.

Say it & I've tried it. Back in secondary school years, I tried using shampoo & conditioner for hair loss problem & even herbal hair thickening treatment. I even consulted various hair clinics & even experimented on some hair restoration solutions yet nothing solved my hair loss concern.

There are many causes of hair loss. The most common cause of hair loss is hereditary known as "Male Pattern Baldness". In my case, I traced the hair pattern of my father's clan and there you go most of my uncles & cousins in father's side were having the same hair loss problem & baldness pattern despite of young age. It was also aggravated as I realized when I was young, I'm into frequently wearing of cap & putting too hair wax & gel for styling purposes.

But don't worry coz you're in the right place, the absolute best way to reverse hair loss is with FUE Hair Transplant.  FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is a permanent solution to hair loss problem using the latest technology in hair transplant. There are no scarring, short down time, and lesser pain.

The hair follicles from the back of the head are transplanted to bald areas in front.

FOOD: Fely J's Kitchen

The Filipino food may not be as famous as of Thai or Vietnamese cuisine, but with more than 7,000 islands & a colorful culture, my country has some delicious foods of its own. Blessed with natural resources like seafoods & tropical fruits, there's more to Filipino food than balut (duck embryo).
You just have to know where to find them & how to et them.

Fely J's Kitchen is a restaurant that offers a variety of Filipino & Asian dishes served Fely J's style: fresh, natural & attractive. I just had too much food intake when we ate here with my dear friend Jizelle as I was invited by her family to join them for dinner.

Located at 2nd Level, Greenbelt 5 at Ayala Center in Makati, this food haven is a must try & I highly recommend this place for excellent customer service & authentic Filipino cuisine for everyone to experience.

FOOD: iHOP PHILIPPINES

IHOP Restaurant @ The Fort (International House of Pancakes) finally invades Manila. So this is the best place to spend a leisurely breakfast with the family. Straight from the airport, we headed straight to their location at W Global Center, 30th St. corner 9th Avenue Bonifacio Global City at The Fort in Taguig City. They are open from 6AM- midnight & the average waiting time to get a table is around 10-15 minutes.

I'm a food lover without a keen taste on the complexity of food & flavors of it. Hahaha! So frankly speaking, even if other people said that they weren't satisfied with the pancakes & omelets, well I appreciated them a lot. I had the stuffed french toast combo with sausage & hash brown that I really enjoyed so much. The french toast with cinnamon raisin & sweet cream filling was so good & I ordered it with the blueberry compote instead of strawberries. The taste & texture of the hash brown & sausage as well was perfect.

I had Splashberry for drinks it was so refreshing but my sister find it to be so sweet. For non-coffee lovers, go for decaf as we noticed that their regular coffee was too strong. Their pancakes were also a must try! It also comes with various flavors of unlimited pancake syrup. The omelette were also amazingly good.

IHOP Situation that I needed to stare at the menu first. LOL!

Haze in Singapore

The skyline of Singapore was once again dominated by the "haze" as seen even on street level at various street in Singapore.

When I woke up this morning, I thought it was due to a fog or someone was burning something near my neighborhood. It was when I opened Yahoo that I realized that the haze episode is back in Singapore again. This is a yearly phenomenon due to prevailing winds from the fire in Indonesia's Sumatra Island.

The Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) reported that it hit 155 in terms of the PSI by 10PM (June 17, 2013). This is categorized as "unhealthy" by health organizations in Singapore.

So to further help avoid any health effects of this, air cleaners from across the market will help to filter the indoor particulates to safeguard our families from the unhealthy haze we are experiencing now. My first job in Singapore was as Sales Associate here in Singapore so I'm quite aware of the existing air cleaning & sterilizing products available to filter such air particulates (haze, dust, odor, bacteria, viruses).

Click here to check & compare the various air cleaning products for your benefit & consumer needs.

I just compiled some of these photos I saw in Instagram by checking the #haze hashtag & it's not my photo property just for every reader's information. So stay safe everyone & keep educated from the latest info on haze in Singapore through various news platform for more update.

FOOD: Sbarro

Coming back from where your heart truly belongs is always the best feeling. Luckily I got the chance to spend a weekend in Philippines & that means a chance of indulging into my deepest food cravings.

We went to Mall of Asia with my beloved mom & sister to have our lunch so without any hesitation, Sbarro was the only spot that came into my mind. This pasta & pizza haven was one of the best when it comes to carb loading plus the taste that you wouldn't regret to try. They don't have the franchise yet here in SG so i bet this would be a hit given that chance of opening one here.

Sbarro was born from Gennaro and Carmela Sbarro when they opened a salumeria, an Italian delicatessen in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, that was an exceptional showcase of authentic and fresh Italian fare, from freshly made mozzarella and homemade sausages, to traditional Italian delicacies and desserts, all based on the Sbarro family recipes.
In 1972, Pampanga native Jaime Jimmy Salvador joined the Sbarro business. He worked in operations as store manager, then ran the corporate commissary in Brooklyn, and eventually served as Sbarro’s first Area Manager. Then, in 1989, after 17 years of living in New York and working with the Sbarro family, Jimmy returned to the Philippines —carrying the Sbarro brand with him.
Rodriguez and her family, he opened the first Sbarro Philippines branch at the Annex in SM North Edsa in 1990 — the first Sbarro in all of Asia. And so today, Sbarro Philippines continues to satisfy the cravings of Filipinos with 25 branches nationwide.       Authentic Style Italian Spaghetti
